The firm was founded by Ivan P. Morales in July of 1994. Richard J. Dolan II joined the firm in August of 1997 forming the partnership of Morales & Dolan, P.A. Frank A. Cerino was brought on board in September of 1998 and became a name partner in November of 2004. The firm name then changed to Morales, Dolan & Cerino, P.A. The firm exclusively represents injured individuals. The firm does not represent insurance companies.

Ivan P. Morales is a graduate of the University of Miami with a B.A. in 1987 and a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Cum Laude, in 1991.

Born in Miami, Florida in 1956, Richard J. Dolan II is a graduate of the University of South Florida (B.A.) and Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles, California (J.D.).
Since 1991 Richard J. Dolan II has practiced primarily in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury on behalf of injured individuals. Mr. Dolan has extensive experience litigating, mediating, trying, appealing and settling workers’ compensation claims throughout Florida ranging from minor to catastrophic accidents and injuries.
Some of his professional and civic activities include charitable activities with his family’s church and school, the Florida Bar, Florida Workers’ Advocate and Friends of 440.
Married to his wife, Sharon, since 1987, they are proud parents of two boys, Connor and Devon, and reside in Weston, Florida.

A partner at Morales, Dolan & Cerino, P.A., Frank A. Cerino handles Workers’ Compensation matters, Personal Injury and Wrongful Termination/Retaliatory Discharge claims. Mr. Cerino has been practicing in the State of Florida since January of 1994. Mr. Cerino’s present practice involves the exclusive representation of injured parties. Mr. Cerino prides himself in providing his clients the highest level of commitment and service, which has resulted in thousands of satisfied clients. Mr. Cerino represented insurance carriers and self-insured employers during his first 4 years of practice which has provided him valuable insight in dealing with insurance companies on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Cerino graduated from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts with a double major in finance and economics. His education assists him in advising injured parties regarding economic decisions which affect the rest of their lives.

Born in Cardenas, Cuba in 1980, Jorge Adriel Rodriguez is a graduate of Saint Thomas University in 2004, FL (B.A.). Jorge earned a degree in history with a minor in political science. During his undergraduate education Jorge studied abroad in Spain, where he took courses in history and literature. Jorge then went on to graduate from Saint Thomas University School of Law in 2008, FL (J.D.). While in law school, Jorge’s extracurricular activities included: member of Moot Court and its executive board; member of the Cuban American Bar Association; intern at the Miami Dade Public Defender’s Office, Appellate Division and Felony Division; intern for Miami-Dade County Judge the Honorable Julio Jimenez; and intern at Miami-Dade County Legal Aid. Jorge has also appeared before the Third District Court of Appeal, once as lead counsel and once as co-counsel.
