The firm was founded by Ivan P. Morales in July 1994.  Richard J. Dolan II joined the firm in August 1997 forming the partnership of  Morales & Dolan, P.A.  Frank A. Cerino was brought on board in September 1998 and became a name partner in November 2004. The  firm name then changed to Morales, Dolan & Cerino, P.A. The firm exclusively represents injured individuals.  The firm does not represent insurance companies.
